Welcome to the Fremantle Cockburn Hockey Club Season 2025.
To play hockey for the Fremantle Cockburn Hockey Club a player MUST be registered.
Please note that all registration fees are made up of two parts: your FCHC fees and the Hockey Australia Levy.
Hockey Australia Levy for 2025:
- $68.79 for Seniors/Masters
- $56.81 for Juniors (18 and under)
- $22.81 for Hook in 2 Hockey and Grads (up to Grade 4)
- $20.00 for Hockey For All (All Abilities Program)
You cannot complete the registration without the Hockey Australia Levy being paid. Fremantle Cockburn Hockey Club has no bearing on this levy or the ability to waive or refund this levy.

We have a number of options for payment plans this year, each to be setup with a credit/debit card.
Senior or Masters (6 month plan)
Grass or Student (3 month plan)
Grass or Student (6 month plan)
Juniors – to be set up as a regular payment schedule based on the fee amount plus the administration fee of $25.

IMPORTANT - Payment plans must be set up on the Payway system with the above applicable links before registration with Hockey Australia.
Once your plan is set up, you will receive an email from Payway. This email must be forwarded to the treasurer at treasurer@freohockey.com for verification and you will be provided a once off code to register with Hockey Australia.
Any misuse of this code will result in an invalid registration. All payment plans incur a $25 administration fee.

PLEASE NOTE - Personal injuries are an inherent part of playing sports, and while we hope to avoid them, their occurrence is always a possibility. Refunds will not be issued other than under exceptional circumstances.

IMPORTANT – Please note that these prices are valid until 31st March 2025. Seniors/Masters registered after this date will be charged an additional $100.
Notes
- Life members will receive a link to register via email. If this is not received please contact our Club Registrar.
- Junior parents who are not a playing member themselves are required to join the club as a social member to adhere to the club’s licencing requirements. Only one adult member of the family is required to join on the family’ behalf.
- Goalkeepers will receive a refund of fees after the purchase of new goalkeeping gear for the current season. All receipts will need to be provided to our Treasurer and must include a current season date. Please contact the Treasurer if you need more information.
- 2024 Junior State representatives only need to pay the Hockey Australia Levy. Please contact our Junior VP to receive more information.
- Kidsport vouchers are welcome. Please contact our Club Registrar with your voucher number to receive the discount code.
- Coaches of our junior teams who play seniors are eligible for discounted fees. Once you have been assigned to a team as a coach, the Junior VP will provide you with the discount code.
- $15 discount for third child and more. Please contact the Club Registrar for the Discount Code (Junior players only, does not include Grads or Hook in 2 Hockey).
- Hook in 2 Hockey players will receive a playing pack as part of their fees. This includes a stick and shin guards.
- Genuine casual (senior) players can apply for reduced fees. Casual player cannot play more than 6 games, irrespective of the competition or league. Applications including reasons can be emailed to the Treasurer for approval at treasurer@freohockey.com. If more than 6 games are played, then you are liable for full fees.
- Players with sponsorship will need to contact the Treasurer with the details of the sponsor. You will then be provided a discount code for registration. Please note that you are still required to pay the Hockey Australia Levy.
To start the registration process:
- New players need to select NEW MEMBER
- Returning players need to select RETURNING MEMBER; this includes players who may be new to the club but played last season at a different club.
